Elbows and Shells
Elbow macaroni is still the #1 short goods shape, used primarily in macaroni and cheese and in traditional macaroni salads. Shells have become popular in macaroni and cheese but are best known for soups.

Spirals and Tubes

Spirals - also known as Rotini - are used in a variety of dishes, including macaroni and cheese. The tri color version is a classic in pasta salad. Penne, along with Mostaccioli, is an angle-cut, ridged tube that's become very popular for use with both tomato-based sauces and cream sauces, Ziti, a straight, smooth tube, is a traditional favorite for baked casseroles.

Small Pasta Shapes
We offer a wide variety of small shapes, including ABCs, acini di pepe, orzo and tubettini for use in soups, kids meals and baby foods.

Egg Noodles

We have a wide selection of egg noodles including curly extruded noodles and flat, sheeted noodles. Widths range from 3/64" to 1/2", thicknesses from .020" to .060" and lengths from 1/2" to 4".

Specialty Shapes
For signature restaurant dishes and upscale dry and frozen products, we make a wide range of specialty shapes including farfalle (bow ties), orecchiette, mafalda, radiatore, gemelli, cavatappi and jumbo shells.

Custom Shapes
If you can't find what you're looking for among our over 200 shapes, we'll help you design your ideal shape. We've developed over 100 proprietary custom shapes for customers including licensed characters, seasonal/holiday shapes and logos. We work closely with our die makers using computerized shape design and preliminary samples using test die inserts.
